Structural Studs

Our machines produce cut to length, structural stud profiles out of mid-to-heavy gauge steel for load-bearing applications. These profiles are typically used in commercial and residential applications. Knockouts can be punched in the material as it is being formed to allow for plumbing, electrical, or bridging. These studs comform to ASTM CG55-03.

Structural Track

Our machines produce cut to length, structural track profiles out of mid-to-heavy gauge steel for load-bearing applications. These track components comform to ASTM CG55-03.

Drywall Studs

Our machines produce cut to length, non-structural stud profiles out of light gauge steel for non-load-bearing applications. These profiles are typically used to mount drywall (gypsum board) for interior partitions. Flange can be knurled for easier screw installation. Electrical, plumbing, and bridging knockouts are added as the material is formed. These pieces, when combined with drywall track, produce walls that are straight and true and stay that way. Our drywall studs comform to ASTM C645-04.

Drywall Track

Our machines produce cut to length, non-structural track profiles out of light gauge steel for non-load-bearing applications. These profiles are typically used for top and bottom plates and are made to have drywall studs fit inside. Legs can be knurled for easier screw installation. Legs can be adjusted to have slight “toe-in” which allows studs to be captured tightly for easier assembly. These studs comform to ASTM CG45-04.
